Judge Moore has presided over more than 4,000 cases in the 15th Circuit, with an affirmance rate above 97%. Before the bench, she served as Chief Assistant State Attorney and as a partner at one of the state's oldest litigation firms.
She is a graduate of Georgetown Law, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a board member of the local Legal Aid society.
